The Continuum occupies the former Thiam Siew Avenue bungalow cluster - 816 freehold units across two wings connected by a sky bridge, on one of the last large freehold sites to be assembled in District 15. Launched in May 2023, the project sold over 60% on its opening weekend. It is now fully sold. Secondary market only.

Pricing. Launch PSF of $2,735 to $3,100. Entry from $1.3M for a 1-bedroom (474 sqft). The freehold premium over comparable 99-year leasehold projects in the same corridor was approximately $200 to $400 psf at launch - a spread that has since compressed in the resale market. No new units available from developer.

Location context. Dakota MRT (Circle Line, CC8) is a 10-minute walk along Mountbatten Road. Tanjong Katong Primary and Haig Girls' Primary are both within 1km. East Coast Park is a short cycle or drive. The Katong conservation shophouse belt and Parkway Parade are within the neighbourhood.
