The brief
Dunearn House is the first private residential development to launch within the Bukit Timah Turf City precinct - 380 units by Frasers Property, Sekisui House, and CSC Land Group across five blocks on a 99-year GLS site at Dunearn Road. The land was awarded in July 2025 at S$491.45M (S$1,410 psf per plot ratio), the opening bid for what is planned to become Singapore's newest large-scale residential estate over the next two to three decades. VVIP preview is targeted for July 2026.

Location context. Sixth Avenue MRT (Downtown Line, DT7) is an eight-minute walk. The future Turf City MRT (Cross Island Line) will be directly adjacent when it opens around 2032. Sixth Avenue Centre and Coronation Plaza handle daily retail. Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, the Rail Corridor, and Botanic Gardens are all accessible without a car.
